The Kamstrup 162 Electricity Meter is ideal for metering electricity in private homes, owing to its discreet design and compact size. Accummulated energy can be read in the display.
Kamstrup 162 measures using a shunt which, includes correct measurement of harmonics and DC components.
Various functions encourage the householder to become more aware of energy consumption; e.g. it is possible to check savings when installing low-energy bulbs or to see how much electricity is used by a TV on stand-by. Plug-in modules make the Kamstrup 162 electricity meter extremely flexible.
